Jasmine Green is a non‐alcoholic fermented beverage produced from Jasmine Green Tea Pearls that are scented in the traditional style using eight distinct lots of fresh, whole jasmine buds. The production process employs a kombucha starter, filtered water, and sugar to ferment both the tea and the jasmine flowers. No vineyard or grape varietals are involved; instead, the formulation relies on controlled scenting techniques and precise fermentation practices—including strict storage protocols (up to 90 days) and defined shipping procedures—to ensure product consistency. The method is designed to create a beverage that serves as an alternative to conventional wines and is developed with pairings in mind for dishes such as saltwater and freshwater fish, clear broths, and refined cheeses.
